koufy: *Text won’t show on blog* Hi guys! This year me and three friends are taking part in the 40 hour famine to raise money for a struggling village named Bougainville located in Papa New Guinea. My friends and I have decided to go 40 hours without food, technology, electricity, furniture, transport and to top it off we’re spending the night in a cardboard box outside to raise money for the people in Bougainville who deal with things like this daily. All the money we raise from our sponsors are going straight to World Vision to help Bougainville with things like: providing medical aid to pregnant mothers and babies to increase life expectancy  teach farmers to grow fruit and vegetables to prevent malnutrition with a balanced diet  educate women and children on improved sanitation practices to prevent disease strengthen community, district and autonomous region of Bougainville participation to sustain development projects I know how powerful Tumblr is, every single reblog and donation counts. So please if you want to donate even just $1 it’s strongly appreciated.  $40 alone can establish a kitchen garden to help feed 5 people in Bougainville and all I’m asking is just $1 from as many people as possible.
